2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the Site without written permission
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its database
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell database content without prior written consent
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or its servers
3. Accounts
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or provide false information.
4. Data & Exports
Registered members may export brewery data in CSV format for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or use of exported data in competing directories or commercial products is prohibited without express written permission.
5. Brewery Listings
Brewery information is sourced from public records, user submissions, and brewery representatives. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but do not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free. If you identify an inaccuracy, please report it.
Brewery owners who claim or submit listings represent that the information provided is accurate and that they have authority to submit it.
6. Intellectual Property
The design, code, and editorial content of USCBDB are the property of US Craft Brew Database and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute site content without our prior written consent.
Brewery names, logos, and trademarks displayed in listings are the property of their respective owners.
7. Advertising
Advertisements displayed on the Site are clearly labeled. We do not endorse or guarantee the products or services of advertisers. USCBDB is not responsible for the content of external advertiser websites.
Advertising placements are managed exclusively by site administrators. Advertisers agree to our advertising terms provided separately upon engagement.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USCBDB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
